despatch the fluency dictionaries to you by keeping
2 things in mind:
1)
The books must reach you quickly.
2) The books must reach you safely.
We
take great care to make sure that both these objectives
are achieved without fail.

fluency dictionaries are despatched to you in the following
ways, depending on how you place the order for the books:

For
speed post delivery to addresses within India
If
you want us to despatch the books to an address within
India by speed post additional despatch charges apply. Please use the "Buy Now" links against the books/special packages on the catalogue page and the special offers page to get the rates. But there are three important
points you must note:

If
you’re asking for special delivery by courier,
you must give your phone number
and pin code in the Order Form. You must.
This is very important. Otherwise, we may not
be able to send the books to you by courier. You
see, without a phone number (and without the pin
code), couriers don’t normally accept articles
for delivery. If you have an e-mail ID,
do give us that too.

If
you ask for courier delivery and make extra payment
for it, but the address you give belongs to a place
that is not regularly (or for the time being)
serviced by a private courier service (that we consider
fast and dependable), we won’t be able to despatch
the course books by courier. Then we’ll be despatching
the course books by speed post. |

Your
address in the application must be full and complete.
Please give us as many details as possible about
your address. And your address should be written
or printed very clearly — in CAPITALS. |
For Express delivery to addresses outside India
If
you want us to despatch the Lessons to an address outside
India by speed post, additional despatch charges apply. Please use the "Buy Now" links against the books/special packages on the catalogue page and the special offers page to get the rates.
Expected time of delivery
We'll send the books to you within 3 business days of receiving your order. The expected time of delivery of books will vary, depending on your address and the mode of despatch you've chosen.
Packets sent by the "Regular" despatch mode (by Registered Book Post) usually take 8-12 days to get delivered to addresses in India (depending on the address to which the books have been sent). If you choose the "regular" despatch mode, and if you do not receive the books within 15 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us. Expected time of delivery of packets sent to addresses outside India by the "Regular" despatch mode vary (20-30 days), based on the destination address. Please get in touch with us after you've placed your order, to get an expected date of delivery.
Packets sent by the "Express" despatch mode (by courier/speed post) usually take 2-3 days to get delivered to addresses in India (depending on the address to which the books have been sent). If you choose the "Express" despatch mode, and if you do not receive the books within 6 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us. Expected time of delivery of packets sent to addresses outside India by the "Express" despatch mode vary (10-15 days), based on the destination address. Please get in touch with us after you've placed your order, to get an expected date of delivery.
